Security Awareness Training + Phishing Simulations
Last revised • March 27th, 2026
What is BullPhish ID?
BullPhish ID is a security awareness platform used to help employees recognize and avoid phishing attacks. You may receive:
Simulated phishing emails (safe test messages)
Short training lessons (quick videos and quizzes)
These are not real attacks — they are part of your organization’s cybersecurity program.
Why am I receiving these emails?
Phishing is one of the most common ways attackers steal passwords, install malware, or gain access to company systems. BullPhish ID helps reduce this risk by training users through realistic practice.
How to handle a phishing simulation
If you receive a suspicious email (real or simulated):
Stop and review: Check the sender, links, spelling, and urgency.
Do not click: Avoid links, attachments, or entering information.
Report it: Use your normal phishing reporting method or contact IT at [email protected].
Good news: Reporting a simulation correctly counts as a successful result.
What happens if I click?
If you click a link or interact with a simulation, you may be assigned a short training module. This is normal and helps reinforce safe habits. No one is in trouble — the goal is improvement, not punishment.
How to complete training
Training links are typically provided by email. Most training takes 10–20 minutes and may include a short quiz. Completing the training closes the assignment automatically.
